1. Seller details

The seller is FANTASTIC TECH d.o.o. za usluge i trgovinu, Buonarrotijeva ulica - Via Michelangelo Buonarroti 15, 52100 Pula, company ID (OIB): 92035950834 (the "Seller").

2. What these terms cover

These terms apply to purchases of physical products from the webshop at zagrebgamesweek.com.

Festival ticket purchases are not covered here. Tickets are sold through our partner ticket.io and are subject to that seller's terms, which are presented during checkout.

3. Products and prices

• All prices are in euros (EUR) and include VAT.
• The price applying to your order is the one displayed when you submit it.
• Delivery costs are shown separately before you confirm the order and are not included in the product price.
• The maximum quantity per item in a single order is 10.
• Product photographs are illustrative; minor differences in colour shade may occur due to screen variation.

4. Formation of the contract

The contract is concluded when the Seller receives your order and payment is successfully taken.

You will then receive an order confirmation by email with your order number and a summary. If it does not arrive, check your spam folder and then contact us.

The Seller may decline an order if the product is unavailable or if the price was displayed with an obvious error. In that case any amount paid is refunded in full.

5. Payment

Payment is made by card through Stripe. Your card details are entered directly into Stripe's secure environment — the Seller does not receive, see or store them.

6. Delivery

• We deliver to Croatia and European Union countries.
• Delivery costs €4.00 within Croatia and €12.00 to other EU countries.
• Delivery takes 5-10 working days from receipt of payment.
• Delivery times are indicative and depend on the courier. We will email you about any significant delay.

7. Right of withdrawal

As a consumer you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The period starts on the day you take possession of the goods. To exercise the right, send us an unambiguous statement of your decision to info@zagrebgamesweek.com before the period expires.

You must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after informing us of the withdrawal, to: Buonarrotijeva ulica - Via Michelangelo Buonarroti 15, 52100 Pula. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

We will refund you without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notice, using the same means of payment you used, unless you expressly agree otherwise. We may withhold the refund until the goods are returned to us.

You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature and characteristics.

8. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply, among others, to goods made to your specification or clearly personalised, nor to sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery.

9. Defective goods

The Seller is liable for material defects in accordance with the Croatian Civil Obligations Act.

If the delivered product is damaged or faulty, contact us at info@zagrebgamesweek.com with your order number and a photograph of the defect. We will resolve it by repair, replacement, price reduction or refund.

10. Complaints

Written complaints can be sent to info@zagrebgamesweek.com or by post to Buonarrotijeva ulica - Via Michelangelo Buonarroti 15, 52100 Pula.

We will reply to every complaint in writing within 15 days of receiving it.

11. Out-of-court dispute resolution

We aim to resolve any dispute by agreement. Failing that, disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the competent court in Zagreb.

As a consumer you may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

12. Personal data

Personal data you provide when ordering is processed solely to fulfil the order and meet legal obligations. Details are in our Privacy Policy.

13. Changes and governing law

The Seller may amend these terms. Each order is governed by the terms in force at the moment it was submitted.

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Croatia.
